Job Summary
Receive and dispatch jet fuel, gasoline, diesel, avgas, and glycol via pipelines and trucks. Sample and test products for quality control while performing inspections and basic maintenance on facilities, fuel systems, and fueling vehicles. Support quality control technicians with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical reports and preventative maintenance of equipment at storage facilities. Conduct routine inspections in compliance with company, customer, government, and industry standards to prevent spills, releases, and contamination. Transfer product and monitor storage tanks and pipelines to ensure proper working order. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while making required log entries for fuel transactions and maintenance. Maintain a valid driver's license and airport badges to operate safely in outdoor conditions across variable shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Valid Driver's License
- Possess/maintain a valid driver's license and other FFA Airport required identification/seals or authorizations
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to safely lift up to 70 pounds
- Must pass all pre-employment testing to include drug testing and a physical
- Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays if required
- Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions
Desired Qualifications
- one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
