Job Summary
Deliver fuel products to residential and commercial customers by adhering to daily routes, loading trucks at bulk plants, and maintaining strict DOT regulations. Collaborate with the Dispatch team to complete pre- and post-trip inspections, shift reports, and required paperwork while ensuring safety compliance. Requires an active Class 1, 2, or 3 driver's license with airbrakes, minimum two years professional driving experience, and attention to detail. Offers a rotational schedule with home after each shift, competitive compensation including a sign-on bonus, and flexible benefits starting day one.
Required Qualifications
- Candidate must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Active class 1, class 2 or class 3 driver's license with airbrakes (A or D license with Z endorsement)
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Basic mathematical skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong safety focus
- Ability to adhere to daily routes
- Ability to load the fuel truck
- Ability to complete pre-and post-trip inspections
- Knowledge of geography, routes, zones, streets etc.
- Ability to follow all Department of Transportation regulations and procedures
- Ability to complete daily shift report
- Ability to complete any required paperwork
- Must be available for rotational schedule
- Must be available for home after each shift
