Job Summary
Lead field operations as Fuel Construction Foreman, supervising crews and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality completion of commercial petroleum construction projects. Oversee daily activities, coordinate materials, equipment rentals, and deliveries; inspect materials and equipment for quality; schedule and liaise with inspectors; conduct daily safety meetings; maintain an organized, secure job site; monitor schedules, labor hours, and productivity; communicate with Project/Construction Managers; document progress with daily photos and reports; travel as required (initial training in Richardson, TX with 25–50% overnight travel; after training 50–75% overnight travel). Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial petroleum construction or related field supervision
- ICC UST Install/Retrofit, Decommissioning, or Service Technician certifications
- Veeder Root certifications
- HAZWOPER (24- or 40-hour) or current refresher
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word)
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Ability to travel to job sites and work in field conditions
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience reading and interpreting construction plans and technical documents
