Fuel Construction Foreman

Job Summary
Lead field operations as Fuel Construction Foreman, supervising crews and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality completion of petroleum-construction projects. Oversee daily activities, coordinate materials/equipment rentals and deliveries, inspect materials for quality, manage inspection processes, conduct daily safety meetings, enforce safety compliance, maintain organized job sites, monitor schedules and productivity, and communicate with Project/Construction Managers. Role includes oversight of reporting on job progress, incidents, delays, and field changes, with training in Richardson, TX and 50–75% overnight travel post-training; travel expenses are covered by the company.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial petroleum construction or related field supervision
- Strong leadership skills to manage crews and subcontractors
- Experience reading and interpreting construction plans and technical documents
- Ability to adapt to changing field conditions and project needs
- Clear and professional communication with clients and team members
- Organized, safety-focused, and detail-oriented
- ICC UST Install/Retrofit, Decommissioning, or Service Technician certifications
- Veeder Root certifications
- 24- or 40-hour HAZWOPER (or current refresher)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word)
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Ability to travel to job sites and drive long distances as needed
- Physically able to climb ladders, kneel, lift heavy lids, and work on uneven ground
