Fuel Construction Foreman

Job Summary
Lead field operations as Fuel Construction Foreman on commercial petroleum projects. Oversee crews and subcontractors, coordinate materials/equipment, inspect and ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence. Manage daily field activities, document progress with photos, schedule inspections, conduct daily safety meetings, and liaise with Project Managers/Construction Managers. Requires 3–5 years in petroleum construction or related supervision, hands-on leadership, ability to read construction plans/technical documents, travel (initial training in Richardson, TX with significant overnight travel), and certifications including ICC UST Install/Retrofit/Decommissioning or Service Technician, Veeder Root, and HAZWOPER. Proficient with Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license; ability to travel to multiple job sites; physically able to perform field duties. Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial petroleum construction or related field supervision
- Certifications & Skills: ICC UST Install/Retrofit, Decommissioning, or Service Technician certifications
- Veeder Root certifications
- 24- or 40-hour HAZWOPER (or current refresher)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word)
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Ability to travel to job sites and drive long distances as needed
- Physically fit to travel and work in field conditions
