Fuel Analyst III

Job Summary
Review daily fuel entries from all locations and collaborate with fuel farm operators to resolve errors. Work with each station to ensure billings align with company policy, validate invoice details before delivery, and manage fuel receivables with Accounts Receivable. Troubleshoot non-working units via HUB reports, manage GSE inventory and preventive maintenance, and assist Station Admins in training on TCS Hub systems. Track flight counts, report American delays, and handle vendor correspondence via phone or email. Requires strong Excel/Word skills, aviation balancing experience, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays. 5-10% travel required.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
- Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Minimum of 1 year in aviation balancing/reconciliation required
- Intermediate/Highly proficient Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices including IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices
- Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)
- Flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- Flexible to work extended hours on occasion to support our field operations
- Travel requirement 5-10%
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less)
- Distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more)
- Peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point)
- Depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships)
- Ability to adjust focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus)
- Be able to hear and respond to the spoken voice and to audible alarms
Desired Qualifications

- Excellent data entry skills
- Thorough knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
