Job Summary
Conduct fuel and fertilizer/seed deliveries while adhering to safety standards and assisting with preload planning. Perform general fuel dispensing, light truck maintenance, and guest service aligned with the "You're at Home Here" brand promise. Lift materials up to 50 lbs and support other team projects as required. This part-time, as-needed role covers holiday and peak seasonal demands during seeding and harvest, requiring weekend and shift availability. Candidates need a valid Class 3 or Class 1 Driver's License and 2+ years of driving experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of driving experience
- Possession of a valid Class 3 or Class 1 Driver's License (Class 1 preferred)
- Successful completion of a Criminal Record Check
- Clean Driver's Abstract
- Availability required during seeding and harvest seasons, including weekends and shift work and holiday coverage
- A professional, people-first approach to guest service
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with liquid hauling is considered an asset
