FTTH Project procurement and contract Specialist (Civil/FTTH)

Job Summary
Establish and manage the subcontractor resource pool, including capability assessment, onboarding, and bidding processes. Secure and mobilize construction resources based on project plans while verifying payments and initiating approval workflows. Apply for project materials using digital requisition lists, arrange dispatch and returns, and maintain accurate ledgers through regular stock-taking. Procure tools, vehicles, and services for in-house teams, manage project fleets and fixed assets, and oversee office site accommodations and supplies. Lead subcontractors through procurement needs and coordinate with internal teams and clients. Fluent in German and English with a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related fields.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a project support role integrating procurement, logistics, or site administration, preferably in telecommunications, construction, or related industries
- Solid understanding of subcontractor management, procurement cycles, and basic warehouse/logistics operations
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
- German and English Fluent
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP or project management software is a plus
