Job Summary
Provide field technical support and resolve complex network faults while collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure reliable fiber network performance. Responsibilities include monitoring faults reported by Service Providers, cooperating closely with various departments to address high complexity issues within strict SLA, and supporting field operations via phone and email for FTTC/FTTH technologies. Maintenance of internal procedures and knowledge bases is also part of the role.
