Job Summary
Oversee store operations and lead a team of crew members to deliver WOW-level customer service. Train crew on the B.E.S.T. experience, supervise daily activities, open/close the store with cash handling and security procedures, oversee receiving and stock organization, and partner with store leadership to optimize merchandising and drive sales. Role requires managing staff, ensuring policy compliance, facilitating onboarding and ongoing training, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and adapting to a flexible schedule including weekends and potential overnight shifts. Strong verbal and written communication, prioritization, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail setting are essential; physical duties include frequent movement, stock-room work, and ladder access.”,
