FTS PANBS Specialist

Job Summary
Support account openings, closings, mergers, and custodian conversions; process in-kind transfers and account lifecycle events; review Investment Management Agreements and Service Level Agreements; prepare and validate internal account setup documentation; coordinate asset funding, withdrawals, and reconciliations; hand off accounts to operations and investment accounting teams; maintain account data, workflows, and department databases. Participate in global initiatives and system testing; support onboarding and client/custodian meetings; contribute to cross-training and procedure documentation. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, finance, or accounting and 5–8 years of investment management or institutional experience; strong Excel/Office skills; experience with GMAX, Onetis, SCD, and Gplus; excellent client service, communication, and problem-solving abilities; ability to manage multiple priorities in a global team environment; shift flexibility (4:30 PM–1:30 AM IST).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or accounting
- Five to eight years of investment management or institutional experience
- Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Experience with GMAX, Onetis, SCD, and Gplus systems
- Soft Skills: Strong client service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Comfort working with global teams and stakeholders
- Flexibility for work shifts required (4:30 PM – 1:30 AM IST)
