Job Summary
Manage schema markup and track organic search KPIs via Google Search Console and Adobe Analytics to ensure Fidelity appears in AI-generated responses. Optimize content for GEO visibility while coordinating with website, compliance, and brand teams to maintain regulatory standards. Prepare monthly performance reports, contribute to quarterly business reviews, and identify content gaps to close with the team. This six-month fixed-term contract in Gurugram requires five years of hands-on SEO experience, technical execution skills, and the ability to translate search data into clear insights for senior stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years of hands-on SEO experience
- comfortable with technical execution — audits, structured data, crawl analysis, and rank tracking tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs
- understand what it means to work in a regulated environment
- ideally you'll have done so in financial services or a similarly compliance-led industry
- hold at least a graduate-level qualification (Bachelor's degree or equivalent)
- can translate search data into clear, plain-English insight for senior stakeholders
- take ownership

- can get up to speed without hand-holding
