Job Summary
Year-round Grounds & Maintenance Team Member at Tiger's Trail RV Resort responsible for maintaining campground grounds, campsites, and common areas; performing mowing/trimming and general landscaping; completing routine maintenance and minor repairs; monitoring facilities and addressing maintenance concerns; assisting with equipment upkeep and seasonal projects; maintaining campground amenities including the swimming pool; ensuring safety and cleanliness standards. Requires outdoor work in varying weather, a valid driver license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and background check. Pool maintenance experience preferred; basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or general repairs; strong problem-solving and attention to detail. Includes competitive pay, RV site (if applicable), generous PTO, 401k after 6 months. Benefits package described. Location: Baton Rouge, Louisiana (US).
Required Qualifications
- Must pass background check
- Must have valid driver license
- Previous maintenance, groundskeeping, landscaping, or related experience
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or general repairs
- Pool maintenance experience or knowledge strongly preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor
