Job Summary
Pull orders accurately to prescribed quotas and transport items to the checking station. Operate voice-picking and RF scanning systems, follow Stockroom housekeeping policies, and maintain safety compliance, including hazardous materials handling. Heavy equipment experience (Forklift/Order Selector) is required, with training provided. Must be functionally literate with the ability to read product numbers/line codes and perform basic math. Ability to navigate computer systems and communicate effectively with voice-picking technology. Physical demands include standing/walking for extended periods and lifting up to 60 pounds; ability to move heavier items with moving aids. Shift is 11:00 AM–7:30 PM, 40+ hours per week, with standard benefits like health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with match, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Forklift/Order Selector experience (training provided)
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
- Basic navigation on computer
- Ability to identify product numbers and line codes
- Ability to use voice picking system and RF scanning equipment
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods and perform repeated motions
