Job Summary
Greet arriving and departing guests, answer customer questions, and open car doors while assisting with coats and luggage. Retrieve and park vehicles efficiently, fill out valet tickets with damage checks, and maintain keys in a secure, organized manner. Ensure the valet area remains clean and inviting, perform routine equipment inspections, and report any accidents or incidents immediately. Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to safety protocols to protect guests and vehicles. Successfully pass a background and driving record check, hold a valid license with a clean record, and meet physical requirements to lift up to 20 pounds. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations with poise
- Ability to stand 100% of the shift and meet physical requirements (lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds, carry up to 10 pounds)
- Flexible schedule based on business needs
- Successfully pass a background and driving record check
