Job Summary
Greet arriving and departing guests warmly, answer questions professionally, and assist with coats, luggage, and local information. Open and close vehicle doors safely while maintaining accurate valet tickets and performing damage checks. Park and retrieve cars courteously, keeping keys secure and the valet area clean and organized. Represent AAA Parking and the Epicurean Atlanta Hotel by following safety procedures, reporting incidents immediately, and supporting teammates during peak times. Work the 2nd shift (3:00pm–11:00pm) on Sun–Wed nights.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must maintain an acceptable driving record
- Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles, including automatic and, preferably, manual-transmission vehicles
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor
- Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and dependable, with a strong commitment to punctuality and attendance
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events as business needs require
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry guest luggage and other items as needed
- Ability to maintain a clean, polished, and professional appearance
- Must be able to follow safety procedures and handle guest vehicles, keys, and property responsibly
- Ability to successfully complete any required background and driving-record checks
- Full-Time Hours
- (2nd Shift / 3:00pm - 11:00pm)
- Days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday
