Job Summary
Receive donations, sort and price goods, and stage items for sale while supporting the sales floor, fitting room, and back-of-house areas. Greet customers and donors with respect, ring up transactions accurately, and answer phones to maintain a professional store environment. Load and unload trucks, rotate crates for efficiency, and operate pallet jacks or forklifts if certified. Maintain a clean workspace, follow safety procedures, and share a personal testimony or pray with those served by the ministry. Applicants must read and agree with the Doctrinal Statement and Employment Qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to see, distinguish color, hear, speak, bend, lift, and move up to 35 pounds on a regular basis
- Stand on one's feet for an entire shift, often in a stationary position
- Operate pallet jack and/or forklift safely as trained
- Certification may be required for this position
- Lift and move up to 35 pounds of donations on a regular basis
- Manipulate tagging and pricing guns in a repetitive manner
- Ability to reach into the bottom of a Gaylord box
