FT Support Supervisor

Act as a flexible Support Supervisor managing front-of-house and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced retail environment. Lead by example while acting as a greeter, runner, cashier, and phone operator. Execute operational policies, pack and unpack shipments, and organize the stock room to ensure smooth product flow. Manage team conflict and identify opportunities to support staff in delivering a transformational customer experience. This role requires open availability for flexible shifts including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends, with the ability to lift 40 lbs and perform physical tasks like squatting and climbing ladders. You must have 2 to 4 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail setting.
