Job Summary
The Seafood Supervisor will coach and develop staff, supervise the Seafood department, act as go-to person in the absence of management, and drive a customer-focused shopping experience. Responsibilities include keeping the work area clean, applying pricing and labeling standards, analyzing sales data, ensuring SOP/OH&S compliance and inventory procedures, leading department presentation, recruiting and coaching employees, scheduling breaks and department activities, supporting inventory calculations, and following lock-up procedures. Applicants should demonstrate department-operations expertise, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting, and availability for evenings and weekends.
