Job Summary
Perform resident direct care needs and assist with daily living comforts. Communicate professionally with residents and nurses, document resident information accurately and confidentially, and adhere to safety and compliance policies. Execute food service functions while practicing universal precautions and following infection control protocols. Requires Ohio STNA certification, high school diploma or GED, and full-time day shift availability from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. in Chillicothe, OH.
Required Qualifications
- Ohio STNA certification
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to perform/assist with all resident direct care needs and comforts of daily living
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, verbally and in writing
- Ability to assist nurses with assigned tasks
- Ability to adhere to guidelines as outlined in the Resident Rights documentation
- Ability to document resident information timely, accurately and confidentially
- Ability to adhere to all policies and procedures as outlined under the Safety & Compliance policies and procedures
- Ability to practice universal precautions
- Ability to use protective equipment and follow infection control protocol standards, policies and procedures
- Ability to perform food service functions
- Ability to work 6:30a-6:30p shift
- Ability to work full time
