Job Summary
The Associate Director for Adult Degree Programs is responsible for planning and operations of online and on-campus academic initiatives tailored for non-traditional and adult learners. Responsibilities include implementing enrollment strategies, managing budget resources, ensuring compliance with accreditation bodies, and collaborating with faculty and various stakeholders to enhance Adult Degree Programs. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in higher education administration, proven managerial skills, and proficiency in relevant software. Strong communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 8 years' experience in higher education administration supervisory/leadership role
- Professional trajectory of increasing managerial responsibility
- Excellent oral, written, interpersonal and presentation skills
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience as a project manager
- Proficiency in MS-Office software applications suite
- Experience with Jenzabar and Moodle
