Job Summary
Monitor, maintain, and repair resort heating, ventilation, walk-in coolers, freezers, and air conditioning equipment while executing preventive maintenance programs. Change filters, clean fan coil units, and assist with utility shut-offs and fire alarm system monitoring. Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults using hand and power tools, adhering to OSHA standards and safety procedures. Work AM & PM shifts including weekends and holidays, handling guest interactions with courtesy and respect. Requires EPA certification and 2 years of HVAC mechanic experience in a complex facility.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- At least 2 years' experience as a HVAC mechanic in a complex facility
- EPA Certification Universal type
- Must have the ability to communicate in English
- Self-starting personality
- Ability to work independently
