Job Summary
Facilitate and enhance customer experience by delivering exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and coaching Sales Associates on policies and procedures. Coordinate the customer service team, train staff, and communicate expectations while protecting dispensary assets through strict inventory reconciliation and cash controls. Maintain an inviting sales floor, manage product displays, and reconcile daily records, ensuring compliance with safety and confidentiality standards. Work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a busy cannabis environment.
Required Qualifications
- Three years of related experience
- Cash handling experience
- Point of Sale (POS) system experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of Google Docs
- Working knowledge of Gmail
- Working knowledge of Treez
- Must be 21 years old
- Ability to work varied hours/day, including nights, weekends, holidays and events
- Ability to motivate and influence others through personal actions and examples
- Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perceive and meet the needs of the staff and members without direction
- Ability to maintain high standards in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment

- Ability to work in a busy cannabis dispensary
- Ability to handle loud environments due to fans and filtration systems
- Ability to handle fluctuating temperatures between extreme cold and hot
- Ability to handle frequent contact with staff and the public
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Ability to deal with law enforcement
- Ability to deal with difficult members
- Must be available to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, holidays and/or events
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Normal range of hearing
- Close vision with the ability to see color and adjust focus
- Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a cash register, credit card machine, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment
- Ability to perform prolonged sitting
- Ability to bend, stoop and stretch
- Ability to reconcile all inventory, cash and client records daily
- Ability to perform regular quality assurance audits
- Ability to maintain strictest confidentiality in all departments
- Ability to perform other related work as required in all departments
Desired Qualifications
- Five or more years of related experience
- Experience in the cannabis industry
