Job Summary
Community Response Team Member (Security) for Bishop Gadsden in James Island, working 1pm–11pm with rotating weekends. Patrols community halls and grounds, maintains high visibility for resident safety, completes incident reports, responds to emergency pager, directs EMS as needed, delivers after-hours prescriptions if required, checks residences when needed, conducts fire drills, checks fire extinguishers and assists in inspections, and may trap/neutralize wildlife. Requires minimum 21, HS diploma or equivalent (preferred), SC driver’s license, and ability to obtain Advanced First Aid certification within 90 days. Required Qualifications
- At least twenty-one (21) years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- General experience in security preferred
- Valid SC driver’s license
- Able to successfully complete training and be certified in Advanced First Aid (first responder) within 90 days of hiring date
