FT Schools Support Analyst - Fixed term Contract

Support FT Schools accounts from lead conversion to access set-up, handle school and student inquiries by email, maintain Salesforce CRM records and ensure process accuracy and deadlines, assist with internal reporting requests, send bi-weekly status updates on cases and leads, run the weekly Schools widget, and support yearly school subscription renewals. Preferred experience includes CRM systems (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office; prior sales support or administrative experience is beneficial. The role supports a 50% hybrid work model with onsite presence and remote adaptability within the FT environment.
