Job Summary
Leadership-driven Sales Supervisor role at Bombas boutique in Boca Raton focused on managing day-to-day store operations, driving sales, and delivering exceptional guest service. Oversees inventory, visual merchandising, and shipment processing; partners with Store Leader/GM to execute promotional events, store openings, and brand initiatives. Uses Shopify, Endear, and Slack to optimize store operations while coaching and growing the team to meet KPI targets (sales goals, conversion, UPT, AOV) and deliver a premium in-store experience.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- demonstrated leadership skills to inspire, guide, and collaborate with teams
- foundational experience in retail or customer-focused roles with a track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences
- flexibility to accommodate days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- active presence on the sales floor with physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds
