Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Five (5) + years of experience with the knowledge in developing lesson plans, Programs of Instruction (POIs), and education product development in the institutional domain
- Familiar with TR 350-70, Army Learning Policy and Systems and its supporting pamphlets
- Training Development Capability (TDC): The ability to effectively and efficiently use TDC to review, revise or create POIs and LPs
- Ability to compile data from records and reports and conduct basic review
- Strong attention to detail and deadlines/time frames
- Intermediate to advanced competency in Microsoft Office software applications (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and the Internet, etc.)
- Must have experience creating, reviewing, editing & formatting large documents i.e. reports, manuals, etc.
