Job Summary

Seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for the 3 PM – 11 PM shift to oversee nursing operations, deliver high-quality resident care, and support nursing team development. Responsibilities include mentoring staff, supervising orientation, collaborating on care plans, maintaining records, preparing reports, addressing resident concerns, and making critical medical decisions. Qualifications include a valid RN license in New York, BLS/CPR certification, and at least 1 year of nursing home experience in a supervisory role.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current New York State Registered Nurse license.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross).
  • Current Infection Control Certificate.
  • NYS Mandatory Child Abuse Reporting Training Certificate.
