Job Summary
Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients within the appropriate scope of practice under the direction of the Director of Nursing and Nursing Supervisor. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to physical, psychological, and social needs. Maintain active CPR certification and obtain required security clearance, including drug screen and criminal background check. Work day shift from 7am to 7:30pm with rotating weekends. Earn $45-$50 per hour as a full-time Registered Nurse at Augusta State Medical Prison.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Appropriate and active certification in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
- Day Shift- 7am-7:30pm, with rotating weekends
