Job Summary
Retail Floor Supervisor at a Kontoor Brands outlet (Wrangler/Lee) responsible for opening/closing the store, supporting sales performance, coaching team on customer engagement and loyalty initiatives, and ensuring execution of store standards. Leads daily store operations, maintains POS integrity, supports loss prevention, merchandising, and safety initiatives, trains new team members, and acts as Manager on Duty on a rotating basis. Drives personal and team sales targets, delivers exceptional customer experiences, and ensures brand standards and policies are consistently applied.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail leadership or supervisory role preferred
