Job Summary
Retail Banker at First Security Bank in Little Rock, AR, responsible for processing customer transactions in person, by mail, and night deposit; assist customers with account needs, cross-train to Retail Banking Specialist (opening new accounts, setting up direct deposits and retirement accounts); ensure on-site service and maintain confidentiality while promoting bank products; handle currency transactions, verify currency, identify fraudulent activity, complete CTRs and SIRFs, balance cash drawers, and support customer inquiries; require proficiency with Outlook/Word/Excel and strong cash-handling and customer-service skills; hours include a 40+ hour/week schedule with specific weekday timings; opportunity for progression to Retail Banking Specialist.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED completion by the end of graduating year is required.
- Bilingual speaking (full professional proficiency) in Spanish/English preferred.
- 1 - 2 years post-secondary education and/or cash handling, customer service, relevant banking, or professional experience preferred.
