FT Residence Worker (Bridge Street Pathway Shelter)

Job Summary
Provide casework and support to residents in Connective’s programs to enhance quality of life, promote independence, and support the operation of the facility. Responsibilities include developing and implementing Personal Service Plans, collaborating with social workers and outreach workers, assisting residents with daily living and skill development, crisis assessment and response, medication administration per policy, maintaining health and safety standards, overseeing building operations, preparing written/verbal reports, coordinating with community services, and participating in team meetings. Requires a Diploma in a related field, one year of experience, ability to obtain Criminal Records and reference checks, Emergency First Aid, and Food Safe Level 1 certification. Wage starts at $25.95 to $29.76 per hour; benefits per collective agreement. Willing to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends; CUPE Local 1936-11 member.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in a related human/social service field
