Lead and support inventory management and merchandising standards and maintenance to ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store. Drive store operations including truck processes, planogram execution, shrink and safety programs, and customer service; mentor and train team members; participate in hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management; and uphold SOPs, company programs, and visual merchandising standards. Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager, managing KPI achievement, conducting interviews and Talent Development activities, maintaining seasonal sets and feature space, and supporting omni-channel processes. Requires strong retail merchandising, customer service experience, leadership, and the ability to physically perform stock-and-store duties including lifting and using ladders; requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and early mornings.
