Job Summary

Lead the daily operation and supervision of the Regal Aviation Mall theatre, coaching staff on guest service, cleanliness, and showmanship standards. Manage projection and audio-visual equipment, including threading and maintenance, while ensuring compliance with safety protocols and loss prevention measures. Oversee financial reconciliation of all receipts, control operating costs through inventory auditing, and supervise theatre maintenance and grounds. Schedule movie show times, coordinate marketing promotions, and handle hiring, scheduling, and performance coaching for non-management employees. Maintain current alcohol certification where applicable and ensure all team members adhere to dress code and company policies.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (if not currently a high school student)
  • At least three months supervisory experience
  • 6 months theatre experience with completion of Cast Certification Program
  • A combination of supervisory and theatre experience
  • Showing potential leadership and/or management skills to theatre management (subject to VP approval)
  • Legal age to sell and serve alcohol according to state or local laws (if assigned duties include selling/serving alcohol)
  • Completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University (if assigned duties include selling/serving alcohol)
  • Good public speaking skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate in both oral and written form with employees, vendors, corporate staff, etc.
  • Ability to listen effectively, respond clearly and directly, and explain information to others
  • Ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors
  • Ability to identify problems, gather relevant data, and note possible causes of problems
  • Ability to evaluate relevant information, recognize alternatives, reach conclusions based on evidence, and recommend solutions
  • Ability to take action beyond what is necessarily called for and perform tasks with a minimal amount of supervision
  • Ability to perform under pressure and/or opposition
  • Proven experience with PC platforms
  • Knowledge of basic office programs including but not limited to e-mail, word processing and spreadsheets
  • Ability to operate copiers and other office equipment

  • Ability to maintain attention to detail
  • Ability to use tools and equipment with dexterity and perform mechanical tasks as necessary
