Job Summary
As a Range Guide, you will facilitate a safe and enjoyable shooting experience for customers. Responsibilities include operating the point of sale system, selling lane rentals and shooting accessories, and ensuring compliance with range safety protocols. Excellent customer service skills are crucial, alongside the ability to operate a cash register and maintain a clean and safe environment. This position requires a high school diploma and allows for growth through skills in firearms operation and safety.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Excellent customer service skills and strong persuasion abilities
- Proven ability to operate a cash register
- Ability to lift 25 lbs or more and standing for long durations

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Firearms proficiency and basic knowledge a plus
- NRA Range Safety Officer certification or able to obtain the certification within 90 days of employment
- Experience or training in the safe operation, storage, and troubleshooting of firearms
- Computer literacy

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
