Job Summary
Greet guests courteously, ensure timely service, and assist customers in and out of their vehicles while driving, parking, and retrieving cars safely. Act as manager-on-duty when the Operations Manager is off, covering daily staffing needs and maintaining full compliance with standard operating procedures for vehicle and key security. Manage driveway and traffic activity, implement staging plans for maximum parking capacity, and ensure the work area remains clean and free of obstructions. Assist with training and coaching the valet team, monitor employee productivity, and handle shift closing paperwork. Maintain a valid driver's license and pass background checks and drug tests.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum of six months of related experience or training
- Valid driver's license
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
- Must be 18 years of age
- Ability to lift, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand continuously and perform job functions for a full shift
