Present menus, take orders, and relay requests to the kitchen while garnishing dishes and clearing tables at Manor Vail Lodge's Fitz Bar and Ridge + River Restaurant. Manage opening and closing procedures, including stocking stations, cleaning floors, and completing required reports. Monitor table cleanliness, coordinate with support staff, and handle payments for patrons. Shifts range from 11am-10pm, seven days a week, with closing duties ensuring stations are sanitized for the next day. TIPS or local alcohol awareness certification required; server experience preferred.
