Job Summary
Provide direct patient care and supervise nursing staff in accordance with state, federal, and MFA guidelines. Communicate patient status to the Unit Manager and assist with patient care planning conferences. Participate in the supervision, orientation, and training of nursing staff while identifying patient goals. This full-time or part-time role includes night shifts at a 105-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Charlottesville, VA. Current RN licensure and one year of experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Current license with Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse
- Requires frequent lifting (up to 50 pounds), bending, stooping, kneeling, etc.
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year of previous experience preferred
- Management/leadership experience preferred
