Process credit card transactions for restaurants, events, and lounges; handle phone transfers, reservations, and verify room availability. Perform check-in and check-out procedures, administer payment policies, and prepare folios for morning departures. Maintain lobby appearance, assist with breakfast setup, and monitor abnormal activity or weather threats. Be versed in all hotel emergency procedures and work semi-independently to close out business for the day.
