Job Summary
Oversee overnight hotel operations by verifying guest accounts, reconciling revenues, and running trial balances to close the day. Reconcile daily front desk agent work, generate reports for Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, and Executive Office, and handle emergency situations to ensure guest and associate safety. Assist with VIP guest processes, up-selling techniques, and team training while maintaining front office supplies and adhering to cleanliness and safety standards. Perform assigned front desk agent duties and respond to guest complaints with professional communication. Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to speak, understand, and communicate utilizing the primary language(s) used in the workplace
- Must be able to prioritize and work efficiently with limited supervision
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis
- Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks
- Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity
- Ability to hear, understand and communicate orally and in writing to communicate with staff, vendors, and guests
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to bend and twist, push and pull, stoop, and kneel
- Flexible and long hours sometimes required
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds
- Proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States
