Job Summary
Provide compassionate, hands-on care to Assisted Living and Memory Care residents, assisting with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and comfort. Monitor resident well-being and communicate changes to the care team while building genuine connections with residents who count on your presence every shift. Grow into a Medication Aide role with fully paid on-the-job training, earning your Medication Aide certification on our dime. Full-time positions offer 3rd shift overnight coverage from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with part-time options available for flexible weekends. Windsor Manor Grinnell is a small, close-knit Assisted Living community where residents know your name and your work genuinely matters.
