Job Summary
Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants and provide direct patient care in accordance with state, federal, and MFA guidelines. Write weekly and monthly summaries of patient status, abilities, and address problems identified in care plans for RN review. This full-time or part-time role includes night shifts at a 105-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Charlottesville, VA. Required Qualifications
- Current license by the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse
