Job Summary
Provide specialized home healthcare to medically fragile patients under the active plan of care provided by physicians and other healthcare professionals. Administer prescribed medications and therapies with precision and patient safety. Thoroughly document nursing actions, assessments, and care coordination. Educate patients and families on disease processes and self-care techniques to empower effective health management. Flexible schedule with full-time and part-time opportunities, 1:1 patient care, and 24/7 on-call assistance. Required Qualifications
- Current North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse License is required
- Current BLS
