Job Summary
Lead evening and late-night restaurant operations by assisting with daily tasks, managing dough and inventory, and performing end-of-day procedures. Serve customers efficiently while maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards. Handle cash, follow closing procedures, and support team members during shifts. Work 25 to 35 hours weekly from 4pm to 4am, including weekends, with 5-8 hour shifts. Earn $14-$16 plus tips, with raises based on skill development. Requires a driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work evenings and late nights
- Must be available 25 to 35 hours per week ranging from 4pm to 4am including some weekends
- Shifts are usually 5-8 hours
- Strong leadership and communication skills
