Job Summary
Provide quality customer service within the Produce Department; unload trucks; maintain inventory and display merchandise using ACIS and CAO; comply with Food Lion policies, food safety, and workplace safety guidelines; complete CBT/training; wear uniform with name badge; perform ordering, receiving, and accurate merchandising tasks; observe safety and report accidents; meet established volume/activity standards and dress code requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills
- Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job
- Ability to use technical information to solve problems
- Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Physical requirements include ability to use computers and other communication systems
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm motions; stand for long periods; lift up to 50 lbs.
