Job Summary
Lead processing shift in a warehouse setting, delegating tasks with the Processing Manager, receiving/sorting donated merchandise, inspecting and determining sellable quality, pricing items for the sales floor, and meeting daily/weekly production goals while maintaining safety and inventory flow. Must work well in a team, uphold core values, and be capable of physical work in a fast-paced environment. Position supports both full-time and part-time schedules; hourly pay is location- and experience-based; benefits eligibility and career growth opportunities are noted.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic computer and point-of-sale system skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
