Job Summary
Role: Donation Processor Shift Lead at KARM Stores in Knoxville, TN. Lead and delegate tasks with the Processing Manager and Assistant Processing Manager, receive and sort donated merchandise, assess sellable quality, price items, and prepare them for the sales floor. Strive to meet daily/weekly production goals (target: 35 pieces per hour) while maintaining organization and safety in a fast-paced warehouse. Collaborate with team members to keep inventory moving and uphold KARM Stores' core values (Trustworthy, Team-Minded, Teachable). Requires hands-on, physical work, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and Saturday availability.
