Job Summary
Processing Shift Lead at KARM Stores oversees delegating tasks with the Processing Manager, receives/sorts donated merchandise, evaluates and determines sellable quality, prices and prepares items for the sales floor, and works to meet production targets (35 pieces per hour) while maintaining safety and teamwork in a mission-driven warehouse environment. The role requires hands-on physical work, ability to follow written and verbal instructions, strong communication, basic POS skills, and flexibility to work Saturdays.
