Job Summary
Provide compassionate caregiving to adults with disabilities in group homes and assisted living facilities, supporting daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation; observe and document health status and report changes to healthcare professionals; maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment; collaborate with team members to improve quality of care. Requires experience caring for adults with disabilities, especially those with traumatic brain injury (TBI); strong communication and caring demeanor; flexible to work at different sites. Position is full-time PM with every other weekend and a 7-day in-person orientation during daytime hours.
