Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic full-time Physical Therapist to deliver personalized therapy in home health, clinics, and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings. Requires a physical therapist degree, SC license, CPR certification, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate with a degree in an accredited PT program
- Successful completion of the national examination for PTs
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Must provide a valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Up to date required immunizations and physical exam
- Ability to pass drug screening and background checks
Desired Qualifications
- 3 years PT experience in various settings preferred
- Experience with geriatric/frail population
- Strong communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize
- Competent in reading technical instructions
- Skilled in observing and assessing patients
- Adaptable and resilient in managing changes
